Sol Canyon Disconnect & Entrance Error Compensation Notice (Fixed 05/02) (Complete)

Hello Adventurers,

Regarding the error in Sol Canyon that occurred on April 30th (Tue), compensation was distributed around 18:00(UTC +8) today.
However, it has been confirmed that some adventurers received different amounts of compensation.

Additional Red Ruby Crystals will be provided to those adventurers who received less compensation than others.

All Additional Red Ruby Crystals has been distributed. at 05/02 19:27 UTC +8

1. Compensation Target
  • All Adventurers who have entered Sol Canyon at least once in 04/30 (Tue) Match
 
2. Compensation Item
  • 90,000 Red Ruby Crystals (Total)

Hello Adventurers,

This is a notice about compensation for Abnormal disconnect and Entrance Error caused in Sol Canyon.

We have completed our investigation about issues in Sol Canyon, and discovered issues that was caused while acquiring Red Ruby Crystals.
We have fixed the issue around 20:15 of April 30th (Tue, UTC +8).

Since there were inconvenience of Red Ruby Crystals not being acquired correctly, we have decided to compensate for this to All Adventurers who have experienced difficulty in Sol Canyon.

  • All Adventurers who have entered Sol Canyon at least once in 04/30 (Tue) Match

2. Compensation Item
  • 30,000 Red Ruby Crystals

3. Reward Distribution
  • Sequentially beefore 18:00 (UTC +8) of 05/02 (Thu)
