First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to adventurers due to the disconnect and entry issues in the Sol Canyon that occurred on April 30th (Tue) at 19:00(UTC+8).
The related issues have been addressed around 20:15(UTC+8) to allow access to Sol Canyon.
However, we would like to inform you that we are extending the season period for further analysis and additional measures.
In light of this, we would like to express our sincere apologies and offer compensation for the inconvenience caused by the disconnect and entry issues to our adventurers.
The compensation plan is currently under discussion, and once finalized, we will notify you again through announcements.
We apologize for not providing a smooth gaming environment and assure you that we will strive harder to prevent similar issues in the future.
