Hello Adventurers,
This is <Moonlight Sculptor: Darkgamer>.
 We would like to provide an update regarding the recent issues encountered during the Apple App Store review process for the Japan iOS version, as well as details of the special compensation and Hot Time Event.


☆ Review Progress and Actions Taken

Over the past two weeks, additional requirements and verification issues related to the Guest Login feature were identified during the Apple App Store review process for the Japan iOS version.

During the review process, Apple requested further verification of the availability and proper functionality of the Guest Login feature, which allows players to access the game without registering a separate account.

As additional adjustments and repeated reviews were required to address these matters, the approval process took longer than initially expected.

 

As a result, some Adventurers using the Japan iOS version were unable to access the game normally through the latest client for an extended period. This also prevented affected players from participating in various in-game events held during this time.

 
In response, the Moonlight Sculptor: Dark Gamer team conducted inspections of the Guest Login feature, implemented necessary client modifications, submitted updated builds, and requested additional reviews to meet Apple's requirements.

Furthermore, to minimize the prolonged service disruption, we submitted multiple expedited review requests to Apple and continued to closely monitor the review status while taking the necessary follow-up actions.

Considering the difficulties some Adventurers experienced in accessing the game and participating in events due to the extended review process, we have decided to provide special compensation and a Hot Time Event for all Adventurers.
