Residence Event NPC Claus Shop Products Sold Out Issue (Modified)

Hello Adventurers,
This is <Moonlight Sculptor: Darkgamer>.
 

We found an issue where certain products of the [Blue Sock] Collection Event's Residence NPC Claus Shop,
started after the 12/17(Wed) Maintenance appear as Sold Out and cannot be purchased.


The highest price event items will be exchanged with the Sold Out items during the 12/31(Wed) Maintenance as the event ends,
for Adventurers experiencing the issue with the NPC Claus Shop's products.

Please submit a ticket to the Customer Service Center if there are Sold-out products that you would like to purchase.
The Blue Sock issue planned to distribute during the 12/31 (Wed) Maintenance will be available until 17:00 UTC+8 today. (Added 12/31)

The process will be notified through this notice when the measures are taken.
