We have noticed Intermittent situation where items or packages are not being given to Adventurers after PC Payments.
We are currently investigating about this issue, and working for a solution.
Meanwhile, for all Adventuers who have experienced similar situation, please send an 1:1 inquiry through our in-game Customer Service Center.
