Hello Adventurers,

This is <Moonlight Sculptor: Darkgamer>.

 

Ths issue with certain Sol Canyon Boss' Chest disappearing at 08/26(Tue) has been fixed.
Characters whose Boss Chests had disappeared have been recovered to the mailbox at 08/28(Thu) sequentially. 

 

You may check the mail for Adventurers whose Boss' chest had disappeared.
Please contact the Customer Service Center if it is not available within the game for directions.

We found out there has been an issue with Sol Canyon Boss' Reward Chests disappearing at 08/26(Tue).
 
The issue is currently being investigated and managed to solve the case.
