Hello Adventurers,

 

This is Moonlight Sculptor: Darkgamer Team.

 

Firstly, we would like to apologize to all Adventurers for confusing Rank Leaderboard and CP Rank 1 Reward distribution.

 

The Rank Leaderboard of Season 3, which ended on December 4th (Mon), was being displayed incorrectly, different from the actual list of Rank winners to which the actual Season Rank reward was distributed.

 

According to this, the Dev Team is working thoroughly to fix this issue as soon as possible. We would also like to promise that things like this will not happen in the future.

 

Additionally, after All Server-wide investigation, the Season Termination Reward for Rank 1 Adventurer in the A1 Server was found to be the only Server that has distributed incorrectly and all other server Adventurers have received the reward correctly.

 

The reward that was distributed incorrectly is withdrawn, and all currencies and materials used to enhance the equipment is refunded. The correct Adventurer was already given the right Reward.

 

Once again, we are greatly sorry for all the confusion that was caused by the leaderboard and reward distribution.
