Moonlight Sculptor: Dark Gamer

 

Hello Adventurers,
This is <Moonlight Sculptor: Darkgamer>.

 

First, we sincerely apologize for the issues that occurred this week with constant inconvenience. 

 

The Mirkhan Tower had issues with being reset on 3/3(Mon), and has been fixed at the 3/6(Thu) Temporary Maintenance.

Moreover, the progress of previous floors has been recovered along with the butterfly used for the tower buffs. 

 

The Ruby Crystals had issues with disappearing after the 3/4(Tue) Sol Canyon.

This issue has been fixed on the 3/5(Wed) Maintenance, and missing Ruby Crystals have been recovered individually. 

We also discovered that certain Ruby Crystals from the Scourge Canyon had been missing after the Maintenance. 
These items were also recovered after additional investigation on 3/6(Thu).

 

The Server Transfer had issues with the system error code after the 3/5(Wed) Maintenance.

Postponing the transfer had therefore occurred, and has been fixed at the 3/6(Thu) Temporary Maintenance.

 

These are the aftermath of the recent issues that occurred, along with the Known Bugs mentioned at the Patch Notes.
We will be striving to provide a much better gaming environment through meticulous maintenance and improvements.

 

Furthermore, compensations will be distributed to our Adventurers experiencing discomfort, and they can be obtained until 03/07(Fri) 16:00 UTC+8 through the mailbox.
