The World Scramble process and unavailable entry had been fixed at the 10/16(Wed) Maintenance.

However, we checked that certain guilds had delays in entering on 10/20(Sun).

We once again apologize for any issue that occurred, as we are checking the cause and fixing the issue.

Additionally, we are currently discussing the aftermath of this World Scramble error.
Once compensation has been decided, we will notify you through an additional announcement.
